SORTIR DU MOULE (out of the mould) is a workshop by Boni bakery and I during Laterna Magica, a festival by Fotokino in Marseille. With the participants we used a variety of unconventional metal moulds to play with bread dough, squeezing it or making it jump over the moulds. The bread once cooked took on weird, curvy shapes that we have assembled to form a sort of long and meandering bread circuit. We played a little, and then we ate it all. The workshop took place on December 11th 2021 at Boni bakery, Marseille.
